Between mid-Spring and mid-Summer, the onslaught on festival announcements (from mammoths like Coachella to smaller DIY operations like Kazoo! Fest) presents a deliciously overwhelming conundrum: with so many choices on the table, not to mention finite free time and limited funds, which do you select? Sometimes figuring out which Canadian festival will become the backdrop of your summer memories feels a bit like a battle to the death.
Then a festival like Satin Teresa comes along. With a viciously diverse lineup, it feels like less of a decision between a handful of several similar fests and more like a can’t miss event. Held in the heart of Sainte-Thérèse from May 18th to May 20th, in TEN different locations, the festival offers some fresh alternatives to the usual festival lineup suspects. You can hang with the Dad’s during The Messthetics (featuring members of Fugazi), hope on over to a DJ set with Todd Terje and Jacques Greene, then end the weekend off with some of goth-rap’s biggest flag-bearers like Trippie Red and Lil Uzi Vert.
Guess what? We’re taking the hard decisions out of the equation. We’re giving away not one, not two, but THREE CHANCES TO WIN FULL-WEEKEND PASSES to the festival. If you play your cards right, that’s enough for the whole squad to get into the fest, without dropping a dine. All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter. Enter below!
