The first season of Live At Massey Hall aimed to capture Canada’s emerging musical legends in a live show setting at the storied venue, and it’s safe to say it succeeded: Cold Specks, Destroyer, and Bry Webb are among a few of the acts documented in the show’s first season, beautifully directed by Mitch Fillion.
The series, it’s been announced, will get a second season, with Dan Mangan + Blacksmith and Shad already on board for shows in February and March, respectively. Tickets for that are available now.
In the meantime, check out the most recent episode from season one; Basia Bulat makes her Massey Hall debut in support of her Polaris Music Prize-shortlisted Tall Tall Shadow. Check out all episodes here.
