Well, it’s official – she’s some kind of Barbadian cyborg. According to a new interview with Metro, Rihanna says she only sleeps about three to four hours a night, which certainly gives her an edge when it comes maintaining superstar status.
‘I have a lot of trouble switching off. Even when I get home early, which means before 1am, I start binge-watching shows or documentaries, which I love,’ the 29-year-old said. ‘I can’t go straight to bed. As a matter of fact, I only sleep three or four hours a night.’ Rihanna: she’s just like us, except for a tiny difference in paydays and fame level.
Reach out, RiRi stans: Someone needs to let her know that her sleeping habits might have some health repercussions down the road. For the rest of us, I mean, who are developing extreme anxiety problems over how much time we’re wasting getting a normal amount of sleep every night.
